since the last time i was here, since the last time i wrote in despair
since the last time i saw your face, since i had a bitter sweet taste.
since i spoke with keen emphasis and deep hearted , since i looked back to where all this started. from then its been way to long that a life time has past. lost some old friends gained some new ones hoping they last. tackled just about the same type of workload somethings dont change, even my complaint of my work flow. i miss my free writes and i miss my journal of time, my funny poems where the words.. work. ha :)

thought ╞ oganic finesse
i just caught my subconscious becoming fascinated with the strokes and slashes of my blue fine point sharpie. while i was allocating some data. dotting all the I's crossing all the T's even adding a couple of extras during my attempts at the numbers i feel theres a rarity or a lost quality in the particular art of penmanship. finess. while on the keyboard i can feel the robotic approach of rushing out my thought, through my hand past the keys onto the screen. my eyes taught focused monitoring my progress. even with my ergo-keyboard, and my hands resting in the "natural" position i still feel it as awkward. remember when you would do an assignment that required a lot of writing? well i would sometimes slant the paper in a crazy 58.9 degree angle and write in an upward diagonally style. so i could get that proper slant, and certain down stroke.. its all about the down stroke. ! ha

thought >:( things in the morning
in the morning when i wake up, run the routine, brushing of the teeth, putting on of the socks..
i really hate it when, i absent mindedly drink orange juice, raging on my lapse of memory i then proceed to put the drink back into the fridge, and step into some liquid probably orange juice, and get my sock wet, raging even more!!
acid in the mouth and liquid between my toes.. i f00kn hate it

thought ♣ domesticating
have you ever thought of what you could make your pet?.. a grizzly? a whale? a mini brontasaurus? ha.. when i was younger all i wanted was a pet dinosaur, a little foot. you know land before time? i figured i couldnt afford enough greenage to feed a full one.. so i settled for the next best thing! anyhow what would you have? the list is endless. allow me to add a couple to the list of possibilities.
~ mr. porcupine!
the spin had me sold, its def high on the lists now!
~ mrs. Lemur!
look at those eyes, how could you deny such a intensely cute innocently looking animal! its amazing to see a "human quality" within the animal kingdom.
~ mrs owl!
i like how birds are vocal and communicate freely with their surroundings, human or naught you can understand what the owl is trying to ask for!.. almost looks drugged like how we are after a good massage!
the list can go one, but so far im adding these up with skunks! ;-)

thought ♣ feet
they hurt.
45 hours of slippery and dodgy terrain. payload at arms length up stairs and down halls. my generous hosts slam me with the commotion of day and night tourists. all during my voulenteering on the "row" and at the "fair". From a chinese immigrant slaving away, to the noble of the white court, watching the play. I hand deliver to the best of my abilities. Playing all angles and working both sides. Standing the heat from the kitchens to the charming of the press, your gracious respects are my motivation. but the work on the side, definitely my undoing.
but sometimes, my feet hurt. which the do..

thought ♣ upgrading
A new fit, sick fade and an "exclusive" fresh scent had me feeling this time working ,is time well spent. lack of sleep, shitty diet. manning up and then powering through. Out of the deep, into the shallows, is something i had to do. Unless lagging behind, getting caught up and finding time to whine. is an excuse i can abuse till i fail to convince my own mind. version 2.0, second season with a cleaner show. a refined cast fuller plot, up is the only way i'll to go.

thought ! karate kid
thumbs down.. way down.. i already know and you know what? i haven't even seen it. (yet)
i only bitch and complain because a huge oversight in the title ruined the gem it truly could have been. well a kid appealing gem.
lets walk through this.. and find what the directors or produces were thinking or not thinking. i of course opt for the latter.. allow me to elaborate.
Karate Kid (1984)

Plot:
A handyman/martial arts master agrees to teach a bullied boy karate and shows him that there is more to the martial art than fighting
~simple clean 80's style triumph over evil.. Japanese guy teaching a Japanese art.. called karate..no brainer...
the karate kid (2010)

Plot:
Work causes a single mother to move to China with her young son; in his new home, the boy embraces kung fu, taught to him by a master.
~looks like they head to china in this one.. and get taught kung fu... ?wtf? hmm so you mean to tell me the movie isnt going to be about karate??.. its about a chinese guy teaching kung fu? hmm so why call it karate kid?? sorry.. this is sad. the movie should be called KUNG FU KID. no argument. and it still would of appealed to the same audience. this frustrates me as a consumer, if the director or community behind this movie, even JACKIE CHAN himself.. can stand by and see this painful mistake go unchanged.. i question the integrity of the movie to be worth watching. i hear all the karate and kung fu masters who have dedicated their whole beings in mastering each art separately and honoring the culture behind each style, are rolling in their graves and slamming the dojo floors around the world in bewilderment. well thats what im doing at least..
sheesh..
just a rant, ill probably see it with my newphew anyhow.. but you best believe ill educate the lil' guy and set him straight.

thought ! new years
30 *cough*.. came and went. and with it, a slice off the old me persay. im not predicting instant change, but perhaps a select few applications of a new mantra, motto and some meditation. i could practice and set a habit in motion if im lucky. More zen focus!! this being one of them:
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
~author unknown (as always if anyone knows.. inform me please)
channeling zen, observing life around me. listen to the signs. be patient and mutable in my quest to be v2.0 :).. if the web is evolving, why shouldnt i along with it? huh? appreciate life in its raw splendor and improve my abilities that allow me to translate this splendor. its important i leave my erratic 20's wearing my scars proudly and with purpose. and with my directed energies i can show those around me the wisdom ive so graciously aquired from graduating to adulthood. ha

thought <> local and state
may - as it rushes into focus, all at once. it presents itself as a staging point for the comings and goings for the summer to come. about half of my family birthdays are reserved during the sunny months, planning is essential. if i want to survive another fun filled seasons of allergies and empty pockets. long road trips and pre-holiday dread. (ive worked retail or around it for the last 8 years, its warranted). so naturally as i grow a little older and develop a little bit more wisdom, i add things to the planning process as being equally important. voting. terrible segway but it works. lets just say voting is part of life's process to mature and get involved, be informed and perform your duty to your community and your family. at least set the example. i dont know anyone who dose not hold an opinion or three about how gas prices are high, or their child's education is poor. one way or another there are several factors that can have an impact on your over all well being so why not take some of those factors into consideration.
june 8th - is the day of the primary election. Statewide! which means your voice must be heard, im def an advocate for speaking up and being heard! so lets be!
Voter Information Guide - June 8, 2010 Primary Election
above is where you will find a listing of the potential candidates, which all elude me as the right choice. as well as a listing of the propositions this go around.
let me make a quick run through of how and why we should vote a certain way.
Prop 13 - A def Yes - Basically to give an incentive for land/property owners to retro fit the place with seismic tech and so on. no brainer
Prop 14 - Yes - Allows me to choose the best candidate. but of course this would be solely dependent on my own knowledge and information ive gathered on the candidate. the con- argument mentions how the nominees would just hide their true nature and list as an independent. I think this forces the voter to educate themselves a bit more. which now that you mention it.. seems like it might be bad.. ha! its a yes for me..
Prop 15 - a HUGE no.. greedy politicians get your hands out of the public fund. its a no brainer that the top three candidates running for gov. are against it. ha!!
Prop 16 - No.. dont even think about this one.. its a no.. sneaky little bastards, trying to reform ma-bell.. *mutter*
Prop 17 - hmm split on it. but im going with no. its dicey and for the most part it seems just like a shuffling of costs. if anyone can lead me in a better direction on this one.. email me.
the list of candidates is long and as i mentioned before.to find the best fit eludes me. i need more education basically. perhaps the politicians more on the city and county level are worth more effort.
i welcome you summer. im ready for you and your all maturation process glory.

thought ] surfing art
i spend an ample amount of time scouring the web for something or another that might be entertaining. you see now that i dont have a face book, im blessed with lots and lots of extra time! ok ok i never used it persay, other than to cyberstalk a little.. lol.. yeah yeah jk.. but im sure if everyone did the same and kept in contact in a more meaningful way, they would have crazy amounts of life energy to kill on the countless other all-consuming sites out there.
on with the listing!
1) kongregate!! a great network of home brew games, reaching the quality of professional distro. check the tower defense games, like desktop defender it started the craze and the eventual progression to the ipad-nano. special note for the site it has a strong culture and gathering of players where you receive points and badges that improve your account standing, the more games you play the games you get to play..endless cycle!!
2) Fatpita!! "lol's" all day. all it takes are simple clicks. perfect for sending to a friend and accessible from any smart phone. simple entertainment from the simpleton world surrounding us, many sites have popped up offering the same goodness, so i guess its preference. click and try and i promise you'll spend a quick 10 minutes of your life, i just spend another 15 on it.. sigh :)
3) Deviant Art!A personal must, i adventure this site with a digital pirate eagerness. the art is amazing as well as the humor of the community. the endless talent floating around in cyberspace is mind boggling, from professional to amateur. is well.. simply amazing.. i cant express how much i enjoy this site. i actually pay for a membership! that's saying a lot i refuse and almost never pay for anything on the web. :)
4) youtube.. nuff said :)
5) Stumble!! its a must add-on.. let me repeat!! a must!!!! for any browser and even if you use wack safari or other browsers.. theres an "in-site" button that can work just as nice right off the homesite. I used this amazing surfing app to expand my now limitless knowledge of random useless facts! increased my music library, art collection, etc. etc. .. if they offered stock i'd buy some. trust me you wont be disappointed, but when you start to stumble.. three days four hours and thirty five minutes later, you will curse me and the day you found out this addiction! mmmuwhahah..
the list could go on.. but im stuck stumbling on my computer and running through fatpita on my phone!
ha!!

you know it crossed my mind, how people from other countries traverse over and come to live here, they change there names to jason or brian. their parents pressured to don their children with american names... so i played with the idea that if i where to be granted such a fate and i migrated, lets say to china.. i would pick a fancy name.. one of the likes of ...

thought ] bruce "to-the" lee

“Love is like a friendship caught on fire. In the beginning a flame, very pretty, often hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. As love grows older, our hearts mature and our love becomes as coals, deep-burning and unquenchable.”
and at times i feel the most enduring of love is a friendship. with all interactions.. to professional love equaling admiration, to peer to peer bro-mance/manlove aka respect. ha

thought ] deleting facebook
i did it! i broke free! ive discarded my hypocrisy about the whole internet social networking disease. and now fully practice what i preach. ive always made the argument that people should stay in touch by means of a more sincere manner. a phone call over a text. an actually email or letter rather than a "posted on your wall" update. is there any end to this madness? 350mil and growing. i suppose not, but at least i can always enjoy the spin-offs like lamebook!!a new dirty little pleasure for me to somewhat enjoy this sickness that screams.. "look at me!!, look what i can do" in a stewart-voice. Its crazy to believe the voyeurism thats perpetuated these days. but at the same note those people who freely give their information, cant correctly or willing give the same information needed to do our census!!.. baah.. i digress.. anywho. if you need to contact me.. you contact me directly.. theres no way im that giving or cool enough of a person where i can or would give honest attention to lets say 100 friends.. which in all actuality ive yet to speak with my family on a regular. so screw you farmland that ive never played, or tagging photos that ive never tagged... if you want to get ahold of me..

thought * applied ideas
i was enjoying myself a fresh pint of new castle at a local outback. enjoying my friday night relaxing with an old friend. we were watching college basketball on the ever present tube, and started spouting all random facts of the sport that we knew. ive yet to graced a college campus as a regular which i assume contributes to my lack of interest in the sport. so my knowledge was pretty thin. i blankly spit out how much it seemed like a business to me and how I bet not many athletes even finish the program. either being drafted or not making the cut every year due to injuries/academics. and to my disbelief i was enlightened to the fact the grad rate of the cal-berkley program is.. take a guess.. nope.. 8 percent.. thats right a lowly 8%!! these players stand as a commodity, used and abuse for one purpose.. the business of basketball in the collegiate arena. so i stood firm in my assumptions and argued the point, that the old "c.r.e.a.m." motto stands true. but a random at the bar butt in, and so poignetly added.. ethics. where is the call for ethics? in our schools, in our society, in our american culture? its boils at the edge of reason and general compassion between the grassroots minded people, and those willing and wanting to make the change, but feel defeated. im rambling and pretty much going on a tangent, but perhaps this is a start of more constructive thoughts, if only with for a general wish for well-being for all those ive met and soon to meet. we'll see, although in the end, when people argue the excitement of college basketball because of the heart and the pride of the schools involved.. i still feel its all about money...

rescue me from the clutches of this necessary parasite.
it sucks my attentions in whole, with no remorse for present company.
like an iv to the slow drip of 3g and when i feel fancy +s.
a permanent fixture at my hip, on my palm, in my face.
with no escape. i set shortcuts and hotkeys to sync with my habits
its a terrible thing, but everyones doing it. 350 million plus!
