spaghetti, spamoni, soda, and a happy birthday later. we walked, literally next door to a local modern disco. linebacker status checking our id's - blessed with free! 10:21! nine minutes short of the deadline. two by two by 1, gentlemen i am, i had to hold the door open for current company. red-striped double fisted, then off to the empty dance floor. "a rump pa pumnp" with laser beams making the reggae mix. making due, i chose to go with the flow. shuffle to and fro. red boots knee high with butter fly thighs taking the spotlight drawing my eyes. time flies when fun applies. late night people watch, holiday congestion. darkness then bright lights followed by a herding of unwanted cattle. inventory check, check! and were out the door two less and into a cab ride home.

so i felt today my luck hit rock bottom, i lost it at work for the second shift in a row, and it was xmas eve. i looked like a fucking ass, and the day just terrible sucked for me and everyone around me. i hate this fucking holiday with all of my internal hater-aid digesting being! ive had bad luck more than a couple times in a serious situation or so, those yet to be relived and thought of. during this same fucking day.. or weekend, dealing with similar shitty things.. either its the stupid pressure of the season. or it maybe just as simple as god is mocking me.

thought : hello again, myself

strong winds of anxiety threw me into a torrent of emotion, a verbal display of being outwardly vicious. a mix of guilty pleasures, simple realizations. where was i leading myself? into something i wanted? stuttered and stammered then went defcon 4 to self destruct. these are the most terrible of times, where questions arise from the thick mucus of doubt. lodged uncomfortably in my throat. each swallow a painful reminder that im ingesting a sickness. self inflicted. self diagnosed, followed by a remedy of denial. perhaps a dash of confusion? some peppered fear? im allergic to reality and sneeze in surrender.

thought : the season

christmas is nearly upon us. the shopping season is in full swing and my inability to avoid the madness has only resulted into frustration, mental constipation, and a chest cold. thus exposing myself to the seasonal elements has taken its toll on my physical well being as well as my financial!.

i wasnt a very good boy the last couple of season(s) *cough*.. so i dont expect much, a card, perhaps some cookies! (snickerdoodles). and a couple of warm nights with friends. or perhaps a good argument or three. but if anyone is asking. i really need clothes, a netbook, a new phone, a lot of dentistry work.

thought : puzzle match and mixing

a recently purchased 1000 piece puzzle obtained by the way of target, sits 35percent complete on my kitchen table. its a communal event, where my three roommates participate freely, and with "mota-vation" its running along smoothly. its a team i could use, sifting through the many 1000 piece puzzle a certain type of music can be sometimes.

im in the process of making a 2010 mix, not as epic as it may sound, but hopefully entertaining enough to garner such a title. and such as the process of puzzling; looking through mess for the right part, for the possible piece that will fit perfectly next to it. making a house mix is the same miss matched madness. luckily ive founds a pair of unlikely participants. the first being none other than our favorite clip haven youtube!! and the second being a secret that i now share with you.. dirpy! a recently discovered web gem that allows you to magically make any .flv file and turn it into an .mp3. and if you do the math.. the possibilities are endlesssssss.... . .s.ss.s .s

a collection of books penned by the author jim butcher about a wizard, "harry blackstone copperfield dresend"
- a modern day one. taking up residency in the big windy city of chicago. it has all the grit and grime of anu crime novels. fast paced and great character building. including a wonderful weaving of sci-fi into a plausible real-life, explanation and application.
i agree absolutely with other fans of the series that express enjoyment about the narrative style. and realness of jims. its has insightful fantasy references and a touch of humor here and there like a good anime would accomplish. makes the books a worthwhile read. storm front, the first novel. is a must read for anyone trying to broaden their horizons. and if the his style hooks and reels you in, as it did for me, the next book follows suit and flows well. i happen to have read the first three paperbacks in a quick months time, and now onto the fourth..

well just have to see how they plays out..

it has arrived, silent and swift, cool and collected as weather can be. the rain regretfully acknowledged for the most, but welcomed by some. warm jackets and beanies from years before, simple armor, for the shopping seasons to come. patience, is my weapon to steady my focus toward the next weekend, but not the holidays, plural. i stand unprepared with shallow pockets and anxiety about my lack appreciation, outwardly. from a calendars insight im annually passing, onto the next set of empty promises. it cant be helped. its my nature
